License

Our website grants you non-exclusive limited license to use the videos and other products sold through our web site by RC Pro Series in accordance with these Terms and Conditions (the "license") issued by our company.

a) LIMITED USAGE GRANTED
You may use each individual product for personal viewing only.

b) IMAGERY, VIDEOS AND CONTENT
All imagery, videos and content used in our web site are non-royalty-free and are the integral part of our products. Limited-usage License gives you the right to use images, videos and content only for personal vewing only. Any kind of separate usage or distribution is prohibited.

c) MODIFICATIONS
You are NOT authorized to make any modification(s) to our products.

d) UNAUTHORIZED USE
You may not place any of our products, modified or unmodified, on a diskette, CD, website or any other medium and offer them for redistribution or resale of any kind without prior written consent from our company.

e) ASSIGNABILITY
You may not sub-license, assign, or transfer this license to anyone else without prior written consent from RC Pro Series.

f) OWNERSHIP
You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of RC Pro Series. Our products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.

Our Refund Policy

Since RC Pro Series is offering non-tangible and tangible goods we may issue refunds after the product is shipped, given the product is defective, which you are responsible for understanding upon purchasing any article at our site. We only make exceptions with this rule when the product appears to be not-as-described on a case by case basis in agreement of the parties concerned. The deadline for any refund claim is one week after the delivery date. The refund is issued to you after we receive a Waiver of Copyright signed by you. This is a required condition.

Antifraud Check

Customer purchase can be suspended for manual antifraud check for 10-20 minutes as well as it can be suspended for longer term (around 20 hours) for more serious investigation. Antifraud check occurs because of growing number of fraud transactions from persons who are not actual cardholders of the credit cards used during purchase.

Hold Harmless

Members agree to assume the risk and hold RC Pro and its agents, employees, directors, officers, members, affiliates, subsidiaries, shareholders and owners harmless of and from personal injury or loss or damage to yourself, spouse, family member, child or property.  RC Pro and its agents, employees, directors, officers, members, affiliates, subsidiaries, shareholders and owners are not responsible for nor may be held accountable or liable for, in any way, any loss, damage, liability, expense, cost or other fees as the result of any event, accident, injury or other loss caused in any way at an RC Pro event, whether sanctioned or not, for which a person or persons may seek damages or any other remedy from RC Pro and its agents, employees, directors, officers, members, affiliates, subsidiaries, shareholders and owners.
